CEPMO told to replace dilapidated rails in parks

BAGUIO CITY April 17 – The City Council approved a resolution requesting the City Environment and Parks Management office (CEPMO) to maintain or replace the reported dilapidated guard rails installed inside the different parks and various areas along major roads around the city to ensure that they serve their prescribed purpose.
