A ceremonial turn-over of 25 units of Automated Weather Station instruments (Baguio Tranche) with the support of Hedcor Inc last August 16 held at City hall Multi-Purpose Hall. Domogan calls for blacklist of erring contractors

Citing the case of newly applied road asphalt overlay literally going down the drain these rainy days, mayor Mauricio Domogan recently urged the Department of Public Works and Highways to "blacklist" contractors doing sub-standard projects in the city.
