CA restrains SEC's cease and desist order over John Hay

BAGUIO CITY, September 27 - The Court of Appeals issued a Temporary Restraining Order enjoining the Securities and Exchange Commission from enforcing the Cease and Desist Order (CDO) it issued against Camp John Hay Development Corporation (CJH DevCo) which prevented it from 'engaging in the business of selling securities by selling Limited Warranty Deeds (LWDs) and Leaseback Agreements to unit buyers for hotel operations' of The Manor and Forest Lodge, formerly known as The Suites, within the 247-hectare John Hay Special Economic Zone.

The University of Baguio (UB) Winged Warriors with coaches Arnold Oglayon, Billy Soria, and Harold Martinez carted away championship trophies in the elementary boys, elementary girls, and junior women categories in the 2012 National Inter-School Taekwondo Championships en route the overall crown. Sustained free access, council scrutiny of terms sought on athletic bowl rehab

BAGUIO CITY – Athletic Bowl should remain to be free of charge and accessible to the public if its rehabilitation plan materializes and the city council should have a hand in deciding on the final terms of the contract for the development of the decrepit sports facility.

These were among the conditions considered by the city council while deliberating on the proposed terms of reference (TOR) for the development of the Athletic Bowl last Monday.
