Swimming pool complex rehabilitation on

BAGUIO CITY – The rehabilitation of the city's swimming pool at the Baguio Athletic Bowl will go full blast prompting Mayor Mauricio Domogan to order the closure of the facility starting March 18.

Use of BIBAK property as temporary pay parking site pushed

BAGUIO CITY March 14 – Mayor Mauricio G. Domogan requested the technical working group (TWG) preparing the comprehensive master development plan for the 5,000 square-meter Bontoc-Ifugao-Benguet-Apayao-Kalinga (BIBAK) property to allow the temporary use of the area as a pay parking site to provide additional parking spaces within the central business district that will cater to the increasing volume of motor vehicles flocking to the city.

The most bemedalled athletes during the Cordillera Administrative Region Athletic Association (CARAA) meet 2019 namely (l-r) Hannah Jean Walang of Elpidio Quirino Elementary School who garnered seven golds in arnis, Juleana Conlu of Saint Louis University – laboratory Elementary School who took home 7 golds in swimming, Reuben Supeña of Baguio City High School who also got 7 golds in archery, Maenard Rhoman Batnag of BCHS who got 7 golds in swimming and Justin Apilas of EQES who got 6 golds and 1 silver in arnis. Pupils commended for concern over GSIS tree park

BAGUIO CITY March 13 – The City Council approved a resolution expressing the local government's gratitude and commending the pupils of the Baguio Pines Family Learning Center for their letters to President Rodrigo Roa Duterte for the preservation and protection of the tree park adjoining the city-owned Baguio Convention Center owned by the State-run Government Service Insurance System (GSIS).
